1. The service

Boardably ("we", "us") provides a flight reservation service. For each order we create a genuine airline booking (a passenger name record, "PNR") for the flight you selected, through a registered travel agency platform, and deliver a PDF confirming it.

A reservation is not a ticket. No fare is paid to the airline, no e-ticket is issued and the reservation does not entitle anyone to board a flight. It is intended solely as proof of a booking, for example for a visa application or as proof of onward travel.

Each reservation is held for 48 hours from the moment it is issued (the "validity period"). After the validity period it is released automatically. We do not extend, renew or convert reservations into tickets.

2. Eligibility and your responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old to order. Reservations can only be made for adult passengers (18 or older on the departure date).

You are responsible for entering passenger names exactly as they appear on the passport or ID, in Latin letters. Reservations cannot be changed once issued, and we are not liable for reservations rejected because of incorrect or misspelled names.

It is your responsibility to confirm that the embassy, airline or authority you intend to show the reservation to accepts a flight reservation for your purpose. Requirements differ and can change without notice.

3. Price and payment

The price is $16 (USD) per passenger, regardless of route, trip type or activation option, unless a different price is shown at checkout. Promotional codes reduce the price as displayed before payment.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Your card is charged once, when you confirm payment.

4. Issuance timing and substitution

Activate now: we issue the reservation immediately after payment, normally within a few minutes.

Activate later: we issue the reservation on the date you selected at checkout, in the morning (UTC), and email the PDF then. The validity period starts at issuance.

If the exact flight you selected can no longer be reserved at issuance time, we may substitute an equivalent flight on the same route and date. If no equivalent flight is available, the order fails and is refunded in full (see the Refund Policy).

5. Acceptable use

Boardably upholds the highest standards in respecting international civil aviation directions and guidelines relating to booking practices. You may not use the service for fraudulent, duplicate, speculative or fictitious bookings, or in any way that misuses booking classes or airline systems.

Users who repeatedly place and cancel reservations without a genuine purpose will be monitored and may be limited or banned permanently from using the service. We may refuse or cancel orders that we reasonably believe breach this clause, and abuse controls (such as limits per email address or payment card) apply.

6. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: full refund if we fail to issue; full refund on request before issuance for scheduled orders; no refund after a PNR has been delivered except when the airline releases the reservation early with more than 24 hours of validity remaining.

7. Limitation of liability

We provide the reservation described in section 1 and nothing more. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for visa decisions, denied boarding or entry, missed travel, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use or non-acceptance of a reservation.

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms; the version shown at checkout applies to your order. These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Boardably's operating entity is registered, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
