It's a real booking (a PNR) held with the airline for a seat on a real flight — the same kind of reservation a travel agency makes before a ticket is issued. It is not a ticket: nobody can board with it, and no fare is paid to the airline. It's meant as proof of a booking for a visa application or as proof of onward travel.
Yes. Every reservation is created by a registered travel agency through the airline's booking system and comes with a real booking reference (PNR). You can look it up on the airline's own website under "Manage my booking" using the PNR and your last name.

Yes. Pick "Activate later" at checkout and choose the day we should make the reservation — up to a year ahead. We book it that morning and email the PDF, and it's valid for 48 hours from then.
Open the airline's website, go to "Manage my booking" (sometimes "My trips"), and enter the booking reference (PNR) from your PDF together with the passenger's last name. The reservation shows up as a confirmed booking while it's valid.
Give it a few minutes and check your spam folder first. Your order page (linked from the confirmation screen and every email) shows the live status. If nothing has arrived after 15 minutes, write to us with your order number and we'll sort it out.
We retry automatically — first the same flight, then an equivalent flight on the same route and date. If that also fails, your payment is refunded in full and you get an email explaining what happened. Refunds take 3–5 business days to show up.
Full refund if we fail to issue. Full refund on request for a scheduled ("activate later") order until 00:00 UTC on the issue date. Once a PNR has been delivered, the service has been provided and it can't be refunded — unless the airline releases the reservation early with more than 24 hours of validity left, in which case we refund automatically.
