Refund policy
Refunds are simple because the service is simple: you pay for a reservation to be issued. Here's exactly when you get your money back.
Last updated: September 15, 2026
1. We couldn't issue the reservation
If we can't issue a reservation for your flight — or an equivalent flight on the same route and date — your payment is refunded in full, automatically, and you receive an email explaining what happened. No need to ask.
2. Scheduled orders ("Activate later")
You can cancel a scheduled order and receive a full refund at any time before issuance, up to 00:00 UTC on the issue date. Write to us with your order number. Once issuance has started, the reservation counts as delivered.
3. After the PNR has been delivered
Once the reservation has been issued and the PDF with the booking reference has been sent, the service has been provided and the order is not refundable — including if you no longer need it, entered a name incorrectly, or the embassy or airline didn't accept it.
Exception: if the airline releases the reservation early and more than 24 hours of the 48-hour validity remain, we refund the order in full automatically. If 24 hours or less remain, no refund is due, but we'll tell you by email.
4. Timing and method
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.
5. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank for a reservation that was delivered, we respond with the evidence of delivery, including the verification log showing the reservation was live with the airline. Please contact us first — most issues are resolved within a few hours.
